Schick & Associates, Inc. provides administrative services to small, medium, and large sized businesses. For over 40 years we have assisted employers with employee group benefits, Section 125 benefits, complete administration of Flexible Spending Accounts and Child Care Spending Accounts, and qualified plans (profit sharing, 401K and pension plans).

As part of our services, we will meet one-to-one with each employee to help them understand their benefits, and choose the ones that best meet their needs. We will handle the enrollment details. Our services take the burden off of your resources, so you can focus on your daily operation.

Health

We market with various health insurance companies utilizing health savings plans, fully insured health plans, or partially self-funded health plans.

Dental

We market with various dental insurance companies to select the best dental plan that meets your needs.

Short Term & Long Term Disability

These benefits provide peace of mind for an employee who is unable to work due to a non-work related injury or illness. Whether these benefits are voluntary or company paid, these should be essential in every employee package.

Life/AD&D

This benefit may be offered as company paid, voluntary or a combination of both.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Medical and Child Care Reimbursement accounts are administered by our staff. Reimbursement checks are delivered to your office to be distributed to the employees or direct deposit is available upon request.

Long Term Care

Offered as a voluntary benefit, employees may purchase this as another layer of disability insurance, should an unexpected injury or illness occur, and they are unable to work.

Section 125

We design, administer, enroll and implement all forms of Section 125 Cafeteria Plans. The F.I.C.A. savings to the corporation will pay our fees and leave significant dollar savings to the corporation.
